A two-dimensional action game developed by the independent studio One More Level. The player is taken to a dark fantasy land called the Shadow World and traverses it as one of ten available warlocks. The characters have at least four unique abilities and acquire new, increasingly powerful weapons and magical equipment in the course of the game. The journey to rescue other wizards takes us through foggy swamps, ruined cathedrals, and green ruins — locations are filled with hordes of enemies, and every level is crowned by a spectacular boss fight. Warlocks vs Shadows offers both a single player story campaign and a multiplayer mode for up to four players, featuring modes based on cooperation and competition. The production is enriched by high-quality pixel-art graphics and an original soundtrack that combines metal and electronic music.
