A fantasy real-time tactics game by Black Hole Games, and a part of the Warhammer universe created by Games Workshop. Its main element is a complex story campaign centered on the war with the Hordes of Chaos, shown from four different points of view, those of the four sides of the conflict: the Empire, the High Elves, the Hordes themselves, and the rat-like Skaven.

Warhammer: Mark of Chaos for PC is a real-time tactics game, fully based on the Warhammer universe created by Games Workshop. In this production, published by Namco, you witness the war between the armies of Men, Chaos, High Elves, and the Skaven (rat-people), ready to fight for world domination.

Plot

Even though it has been a year since the Great War—when the vicious Hordes of Chaos ravaged the whole Empire—there are places in of the Old World that are still haunted by the sound of steel clashing and moans of the dying. Some of the invaders retreated to the north, while others split into smaller groups. The new Champions tried to reunite the tribes, but none succeeded, since there was nobody as powerful as the fallen commander of the Hordes, Asavar Kul.

An official expansion for the 2006 RTS game Warhammer: Mark of Chaos by Black Hole Games. The expansion, called Battle March, features a brand new story campaign, in which you can play as two previously unavailable Chaos-allied races—the magically-inclined Dark Elves and more close-combat-oriented Greenskins. Both races have a full set of characteristic units and new heroes each, who gain experience with every battle and possess innovative special abilities. The races available in the core game have been given new formations to use, which expands their armies' versatility and strategic options. The expansion also introduces new magical items and multiplayer modes.
