A third person MMO game set in the popular Warhammer 40.000 universe created by Games Workshop company. The game takes place in the titular 41st millennium and concentrates on galactic conflict between various races, fighting for control over different planets. When joining the game, we choose a faction, such as Space Marines, Eldars, or Orkz, allowing you and other players join the epic battle over certain territory.
Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade for PC, XONE and PS4 from the Behaviour Interactive studio is a MMORPG game set in a dark, future world, created to suit the needs of tabletop miniature wargames manufactured by the Games Workshop company.
The action of the production is set in the titular 40th millennium, where several empires, built by different races, battle for the dominion over the universe; Eternal Crusade is focused around the concept of virtual reconstruction of a small portion of this great conflict. When starting our playthrough we create our character, choose the faction we want to dedicate ourselves to and then participate in monstrous, relentless battles to seize control over all of the territories on a planet. The game is geared towards the PvP mode, which features online skirmishes against other users; the actions of the players directly influences the virtual world around them.
The combat is realised in real-time; the system requires us to dodge, aim and attack on our own and has been designed to be quite challenging, making the statistics of our hero less relevant than our own reflexes and skill. Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade on PC, XONE and PS4 also offers a complex character progression system, which allows us to unlock new gear, fighting styles and special abilities.
