Waltz of the Wizard

Mechanics

In Waltz of the Wizard we observe the action from FPP. The title enables us to test our magical and alchemical abilities, helped by an ancient spirit imprisoned in a human skull. During the game we can not only prepare potiobs based on the ingredients mixed in a big cauldron, but also create various spells and check their effect on the elements of the environment. Nothing stands in the way of making use of the objects we find, and at selected moments - open portals leading to other locations. Among the spells made available to us, the leading role is played by telekinesis - moreover, at any moment one can take a crossbow and shoot the bottles standing on shelves.

This game requires the aforementioned virtual reality sets to work. We can look around freely, while motion controllers enable us to interact with objects. In the game there is an original system of movement, called the Telepath - in order for our character to go in a specific direction, you first have to "draw" a path on the floor, which the character follows when moving from one point to another.

Game modes

Waltz of the Wizard offers single player mode and a local multiplayer mode.

Technical aspects

Waltz of the Wizard features high-quality three-dimensional graphics. Noteworthy are both the detailed surroundings and the light effects associated with casting spells.
