Veiled Experts is a F2P online shooter featuring microtransactions. The game is an evolution of the well-known search and destroy ruleset. The core experience is made more appealing via a roster of playable characters with unique abilities, their high mobility, many gadgets and destructible environments.

Veiled Experts is a free-to-play online shooter. It was developed by an in-house studio of Nexon, known for such games as Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - First Assault, Counter-Strike: Online and Counter-Strike Nexon: Zombies.

Mechanics

Veiled Experts is an exclusively online shooter in 5v5 format. The game mostly uses third-person perspective, though players can switch to an FPP view for easier aiming.

Each match follows the well-known Search and Destroy rules. One of the teams, the attackers, must eliminate all enemies or destroy indicated objects on the map. The defenders must prevent them from doing so.

The Search and Destroy baseline was enhanced with some additional features. The game offers a wide roster of characters, each with unique abilities. They're all highly mobile, able to dodge roll, climb walls and easily overcome obstacles.

Each map is also filled to the brim with destructible elements. This mechanic is more than just aesthetics - it lets players shred enemy cover or create new paths to the objectives by breaking walls and knocking over trees to run up them. Many objects are explosive too, threatening all nearby players.

To ensure maintaining a quick pace, the map starts slowly shrinking soon into the match. At the end of the round players can spend gained resources at the store to purchase items for the next round.
