An action game developed by Japanese studio Tamsoft for the portable console PlayStation Vita. The main characters of Valkyrie Drive: Bhikkhuni are teenage female warriors that are the victims of the mysterious V virus which gave them paranormal abilities. The girls are living on an island isolated from the world and together they fight hordes of mutants.

Valkyrie Drive: Bhikkhuni is an arcade action game featuring teenage warriors with unique abilities and powers. Developers of the title are Marvelous and the Japanese studio Tamsoft, which conducted work under the supervision of Kenichiro Takaki. The dev is responsible for the creation of the Senran Kagura series, whose spiritual successor is Valkyrie Drive: Bhikkhuni, as well as such games as IA/VT Colorful or Uppers.

Story

Main characters of Valkyrie Drive: Bhikkhuni are Rinka and Renka Kagurazaka, victims of the mysterious V virus, thanks to which they gained supernatural abilities. Thanks to their training, each of them can turn into a unique and extremely powerful weapon. The protagonists live on a desolate island and, together with their like-minded colleagues, carry out the task of dealing with the damage caused by the virus.
