UFO: Trilogy PC

UFO: Trilogy is a set of three strategies developed by Altar Interactive development studio. We are talking about UFO games: Aftermath, UFO: Aftershock and UFO: Afterlight. All titles included in this set are offered in virtually unchanged versions compared to the original editions, although they have of course been applied to the patches published since their premiere. The Altar series of UFOs clearly refers to the cult UFO: Enemy Unknown from Microprose. We carry out activities all over the planet, leading the base as well as equipping our soldiers or attacking enemy units. This set also includes a number of bonuses. Each of the mentioned games has been released on a separate DVD. Players can also count on a poster, a set of postcards and a booklet, referring to the topic of UFOs.

UFO: Aftermath was the first title in the trilogy developed by Altar Interactive. In the game we had to resist the alien invasion of the aliens attacking the Earth. In order to do so, it was necessary to save the cities and destroy the invading bases appearing on the three-dimensional map of our globe. At the same time, we developed new technologies and manufactured increasingly powerful weapons to increase the chances of winning.

UFO: Aftershock appeared in 2005 and referred to the events from the first part. This time the action of the game began in 2054, half a century after the catastrophe, as a result of which the inhabitants of the Earth were forced to leave their homes. The remains of humanity emigrated to the flying island of Laputa. In a short period of time, however, a conflict broke out there, which led to the destruction of the island. In the result, a plan to reflect the Earth from the hands of invaders was born.

UFO: Afterlight was the closing title of the story presented in the two previous editions of this series. This time the action was moved to a completely new place. Humanity decided to settle on Mars, where with the help of Reticulants it was possible to create the first base. However, as a result of an unexpected coincidence, the new inhabitants were forced to defend themselves against the defence systems activated on the planet.
