Truck Simulation 19

Truck Simulator America is a simulation game in which we play as a truck driver. The production was developed by the Polish studio Jujubee (authors of the warmly received Realpolitiks).

Mechanics

Truck Simulator America takes us on a journey to the United States. The creators provide us with an extensive map of more than forty cities, including New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles. The struggle begins on the east coast and gradually moves inland to arrive at the opposite end of the continent.

On American roads, we drive licensed Kenworth and Mack trucks; developers allow us not only to choose trailers, but also to modify individual vehicles. When transporting various cargoes, we must remember about speed cameras, as well as about the need to refuel, or rest in a motel. Over time, we start making serious money; as owners of a successful company, we can gradually expand our fleet and employ other drivers.

Technical issues

Truck Simulator America has three-dimensional graphics. Although virtual cities are not faithful copies of their real counterparts, we will find the most characteristic places in them. The situation is different with lorries, which are based on real models.
