Tribal Wars 2 Description
Tribal Wars 2 is a browser MMO strategy game and sequel to Tribal Wars – Inno Games studio’s production. Similarly to its predecessor, it is completely free.
Gameplay
Tribal Wars 2 invites players to a fictional medieval-like world, in which everyone starts as a leader of a small village, which they progressively develop into a fortified town. This requires them to gather natural resources, coming from surrounding areas or raids. Raising one’s army is equally important, as its often the only thing standing between our goods and greedy neighbors. After recruiting a proper military force, we can start robbing and even conquering other players’ settlements.
The core of Tribal Wars 2's gameplay is a system of tribes - groups of players that decided to dominate the current world together. Players joining such groups have much higher chances of surviving and expanding their territories. Tribes have their own structure and can ally with each other or enter state of war.
Basic features of Tribal Wars 2 remained mostly unchanged when compared to the first game, but some improvements have been implemented. In Tribal Wars 2, players can construct 17 different types of buildings, most of them well-known to the veterans, but there are also completely new ones (like the monastery, the hospital, or the tavern) that allow us to invent useful technologies. The armies have been expanded as well, with two new units joining the older ones for a total of 13 available types.
Technology
Tribal Wars 2 offers good-looking visuals, with graphical representation of our town clearly showing at which stage of development our buildings are. As we expand, our settlement stops resembling a poor village and changes into a magnificent town with strong walls. Furthermore, the developers have provided players with a new user interface, which instantly provides us with all the crucial information.
