A spin-off of the Railworks: Train Simulator series, created by Dovetail Games. Once again, the player receives an extensive train simulator that casts them in the role of a train driver, though this time the circumstances are rather unfavorable, for the world has come to a zombie apocalypse. All the five in-game scenarios require the player to travel a route within a specified period of time.

Trains Vs Zombies 2 builds on the ideas used in the first part of the Railworks: Train Simulator Gaming DLC. This time the creators decided to create an independent product that does not require a basic version. In addition, we can buy all standard extensions to it.

Action game Trains Vs Zombies 2 was set in New York. As a result of the spread of toxic sludge, a growing proportion of the population is turning into thoughtless, bloodthirsty zombies. The main character, the engine driver, being one of the few survivors, has the task of saving as many people as possible and reaching the safe New York Penn Station.

The core of the game remained unchanged compared to the classic missions from Railworks: Train Simulator 2013. A total of five scenarios have been prepared. Our main task is to move from one station to another at a time. An electric locomotive AEM-7 was put at the player's disposal.

The biggest difference in relation to the original is the climate, because both the entire instrumentation and the game engine have not changed. From time to time, hordes of zombies try to climb passenger wagons and then we have to speed up significantly in order to drop them down to the ground.

The new Relay scenario allows you to join forces with other players to eliminate the threat of harassing New York.

A series of dedicated railroad simulation games, created and developed by Dovetail Games studio. The roots of the series date back to 2007, when it debuted a train simulator titled Rail Simulator. After the group responsible for it was disbanded, the three developers decided to continue the development of this project and formed their own team. Two years later, the developers put into the hands of players their first original work.
