Trailer Park Tycoon

Trailer Park Tycoon is a strategy and economic game that allows you to play the role of the administrator of a typical American "grounded" caravan estate. The main assumption of the game is to develop a specific settlement in order to attract new residents representing certain social groups (e.g. longhaired hippies and somewhat neglected proletarians). In addition to building different types of "houses", it is also important to place additional elements in the space - e.g. laundries, video cassette rentals and fast food bars.

Developers provided us with three game modes: single task completion, multistage campaigns and unlimited management. The scenarios can be set in four different landscapes: urbanised area, desert, wetland and province. In addition to this, there are also various obstacles such as whirlwinds and invasions of newcomers from another planet. A virtual newspaper called Trailer Times informs about important events. The whole is complemented by numerous humorous threads and three-dimensional visual setting, maintained in a comic book style.
