Total War: Pharaoh is the only part of the series not discounted in the Autums sale on Steam, but the game was already attracting fewer players than Shogun 2 and Three Kingdoms, among others, before it began.

Version 0.3.0 of The Last Alliance: Total War mod has been released. The project moves the action of Total War: Shogun 2 to Tolkien's Middle-earth. The update added, among others, a new playable faction.

It looks like SEGA is preparing to make Total War: Shogun 2 available to players for free. This strategy from Creative Assembly will be available next week.
