The most important element of "TPB" are subordinate competitors. The player has to take into account a number of factors, including the personality of the player and motivate them accordingly. A player can hire a coach who will take care of the direct supervision of the team, help to improve the skills of selected players and maintain the morale of the team at the highest possible level.
