Tom and Jerry in House Trap Description
Tom and Jerry in House Trap is an action game developed by Warthog Games. The title is based on the license of the iconic cartoon.
Story
As in the original, the main characters of Tom and Jerry in House Trap are Jerry the mouse and Tom the cat, who have been engaged in the world's most iconic cat and mouse game. Once again, the protagonists must face each other in a battle of wits, and the victor will be determined above all by their ingenuity and knowledge of the house and the items it contains.
Mechanics
In Tom and Jerry in House Trap the action was shown from the side. Developers decided on an interesting move - even while playing solo, the screen is divided into halves, so that the player can watch the actions of their opponent.
The game consists of trapping the aforementioned house and setting traps on the unexpected opponent; for example, opening the fridge (a frozen enemy will lose the ability to move or defend himself for a few secons), scattering nails or even greasing the floor with butter. In addition, we can make use of a variety of everyday tools, such as a broomstick, with the help of which we smack the enemy. Of course, we win at the moment when we manage to completely deplete the life bar of our adversary.
Game modes
Tom and Jerry in House Trap can be played both solo (against AI) and with a second player in competitive multiplayer mode.
Technical aspects
Tom and Jerry in House Trap features cartoonish 2.5D visuals. Individual stages are stylized after episodes from the aforementioned series - the impression is intensified by the music accompanying the game.
