Release Date: December 10, 1998
With the help of heavily armed tanks floating on the air cushion, we must stop the invasion of two hostile races on Earth's colonies.
Thunder Brigade Description
Skillful simulator of combat tanks floating on the airbag. The action of the game takes us into the near future, in which earthly colonies were attacked by two alien races. We sit at the helm of the armored units of the future with the aim of destroying the invading forces of the enemy, with advanced technology unknown to humans.
We can choose a single mission or a whole campaign leading us through 30 missions located in 12 incredible locations on three planets. The aim of the mission may be infiltration, patrol, escort, reconnaissance or direct combat. From mission to mission we receive promotions, thus gaining a higher rank.
In some missions we can give orders to other tankers to coordinate the attack. During the mission an accurate map is displayed for easy orientation in the field. We move one of four types of tanks: combat, masking, heavy or devastating, each of which has different characteristics and capabilities. We can use six types of weapons, such as rail guns, mines and various types of rockets.
