Theatrhythm Dragon Quest Description
Theatrhythm Dragon Quest is a two-dimensional music and rhythm game with RPG elements. The title is already the third part of the series, which was born in 2011. The two previous games focused on music and heroes from the legendary Final Fantasy series. Square Enix creators this time followed the blow and associated the new production with Dragon Quest, the second most popular jRPG brand owned by the Japanese company. During the game, players will hear dozens of selected music and melodies, which were used in the Dragon Quest series over the last two decades.
Theatrhythm Dragon Quest gameplay takes advantage of the solutions used in previous versions of the series. Players must press the colour icons displayed on the screen according to the rhythm of the melodies played. Not only reflections, but also the contact time of the stylus with the console's touch panel (some sounds require a quick tap, some sounds require a momentary hold, and some others require dragging the stylus in the desired direction) are also important. The game offers several variants of fun, including the possibility of multiplayer gameplay.
The graphic design of the production is maintained in the already developed exceptionally colourful style of the cycle, which brings to mind paper cut-outs and flash animations.
