The fifth expansion pack for the best-selling life simulation game The Sims 2. This time the expansion adds four changing seasons to the Sims' world, together with variable weather: snowstorms, hailstorms, downpours, thunderstorms and others. The weather affects the Sims' moods and needs. Every season gives you a set of unique actions.

The Sims 2: Seasons is another addition to the best-selling series developed by Maxis and published by Electronic Arts. This time the world of virtual humans has been enriched with the changing seasons and the associated with it the weather changes.

The expansion brings the rhythm of life in the virtual world. Now it is not only the day and night, but there is also the changing weather like: blizzards, hailstorm, rains and thunderstorms. They are just some of the attractions waiting for Sims. Our charges are not indifferent to what is happening outside. The weather conditions present their moods, needs, fears, and their family relations. Each season offers a variety of new activities, for example in winter a snowball war or making a snowman and in summer swimming in the pool. The players are able control the weather and they can change the weather according their needs.

People who love gardening will be certainly pleased with the Sims 2’s expansion. There like in a real life, different plants can be planted only during the relevant period. Those who can empathize well with the virtual natural cycle will be rewarded. They will be able to create various potions like: love potions, energy and medicine. Moreover, they will have an opportunity to join the Gardening Club, where they will receive information about the breeding plants and take part in various challenges.

As a usual, there has also been expanding the number of available clothes. You have to take care of the Sims to dress them according to weather conditions. In winter, you should provide them warm coats, jackets, hats and scarves, in summer shorts, light clothes, and in spring and autumn waterproof clothes against rain.

Furthermore The Sims 2: Seasons includes six professional careers in the following fields: education, law, computer games, music, journalism and adventuring. It is also not surprising that the buyers will receive a number of new items and elements of the environment.

The expansion is only available for PC users and like the earlier expansions, to run the game it is required a basic version of the game.
