The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom - DLC 3 is a supplement to The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom strategy published in 2010 by Blue Byte. The one-player mode extension adds 2 new campaigns and 7 maps to your gameplay, giving you about 20 hours of fun. Add-on developers decided to introduce a few modifications to the game, including new trading and technological development options.

The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom - DLC 3 is an expansion to an economic strategy game released in 2010. It adds two new campaigns played on seven maps, which together offer about 20 hours of gameplay. This expansion requires the base game to play.

This DLC contains two campaigns. The first one is entitled Rise of the Rebellion and reveals important facts about history of Tandria. This is a story about Cracorian and his sister Rovyn, who get trapped in an icy land by King Konradin and King Balderus. With much effort they manage to escape, and with the help of the Church of Tandria they start a rebellion against the Crown of the Two Kings. This ultimately creates a foundation for a new state. This campaign includes 5 maps, and each should provide more than 2 hours of gameplay. The developers took care for a variety of objectives, so you can encounter maps that are built around victory points, as well as the ones requiring you to complete story missions. The other campaign is Shadow over Tandria. Here you are challenged with 2 maps so large that it requires at least 5 hours to complete each.

The Settlers 7: Paths to a Kingdom - DLC 3 also expands trade and technology, and offers a new type of monastery, which gives access to occult technologies. These include necromancy, allowing you to briefly resurrect fallen units, or Deal with the Devil that allows you to earn money on killing soldiers.
