The Pit: Dog Eat Dog is a brutal action game whose plot is set in a postapocalyptic future. The title was produced by Freedom Factory studio. Players play the role of gladiators who compete in futuristic arenas for fame and wealth. The gameplay combines elements of arcade and hack'n'slash, offering options for solo and multiplayer fun.

The Pit: Dog Eat Dog is an arcade hack'n slash game set in the gloomy world of the future, in which the traditions of gladiator combat are revived.

The last world war destroyed civilization and brought our race to the brink of extinction. On the ruins of the old world, a new one was created, ruled by violence. Countries disappeared from the maps and were replaced by a territorial structure based on clan communities. The power and influence of each such community are determined by the strength of its warriors. On the battlefields, slaves, gold-hungry warriors, and merciless mercenaries stand on the soil of countless arenas to battle to the death. The fallen civilization has left its heirs a wealth of various tools for murder, so the gladiators fight with knives, chainsaws, crossbows, pistols, and machine guns, among others.

The player takes on the role of a warrior who daily risks his life in one of the world's many arenas, hoping to gain riches and fame. Combat in The Pit: Dog Eat Dog does not consist of mindless button mashing. To win, we need a tactic. The gladiator has a limited endurance, and as the game progresses, he develops his combat capabilities through the skill tree.

The Pit: Dog Eat Dog features a single-player mode as well as a multiplayer game where up to four players can play at once.
