The Magical Mixture Mill is a combination of an economic strategy and a simulation game, tasking us with running a potion shop in a fantasy world. The player must explore the world in search of ingredients and create complex systems automatically producing goods.

Plot
The game tells the story of a former adventurer, whose career ended prematurely due to intolerance to mixed potions.
In search of a new profession, the protagonist is hired by the witch Griselda. She owns a famous store with magic potions, but due to advanced age is no longer able to perform all her duties, thus looking for an apprentice she could entrust with taking over the business.
Mechanics
The Magical Mixture Mill tasks us with brewing and selling magic potions. The gameplay is a combination of an economic sim and a strategy game.
Our character must explore the open world in search of ingredients and challenges. Acquired items can be used to brew potions. The game heavily emphasizes automation. As we progress, we start creating increasingly complex automatic brewing systems, which create potions to sell for us.
At the beginning of the game, we must choose our adventurer's former class, granting them useful skills to use in their new profession. Researching potions and ingredients also plays an important role. Over time, the adventurers start demanding better, more potent products. Occasionally we'll also need to fulfill Griselda's assignments, as she tries to hone our skills further.
Game modes
The game is only playable in singleplayer.
Technical aspects
The appealing 3D visuals of The Magical Mixture Mill make use of the isometric perspective. The artstyle is colorful, bright and slightly cartoonish.
