The Last Hero of Nostalgaia

The script of The Last Hero of Nostalgaia is heavily satirical, mocking the cliched solutions present in countless games. This is aided by the presence of a narrator who constantly insults us and our hero.

Game mechanics

The Last Hero of Nostalgaia is an action adventure game in which we observe the events from the camera located behind the hero's back. The game focuses on exploring the world, completing quests and, above all, fighting hordes of enemies with the use of a highly arcade combat system.

The key role in the game is played by the equipment system. Along with the progress in the game we gain better armor and weapons, which allows us to fight more effectively with the increasingly powerful enemies.

Game modes

Game offers single player mode and co-op multiplayer mode.

Technical aspects

It features unusual 3D graphics. Some of its elements are made in modern 3D, while others have simplified models or are 2D sprites full of pixels. What is more, many of the objects and characters switch between these states depending on our actions.
