The Beatles: Rock Band Description
The Beatles: Rock Band is a special section of the main Rock Band series. The Production, just like in Guitar Hero: Aerosmith and Guitar Hero: Metallica, is devoted solely to one band, and this time it’s the absolute star – The Beatles. The game was developed by Harmonix with the cooperation of the publisher, Electronic Arts.
The new Rock Band offers 45 songs of The Beatles. Among them, both cult songs and those less famous can be found. It is worth noting that during the composing of the soundtrack, all albums from the rich discography of the band were taken into account. There are systematically supplemented with new ones, made available at Xbox Live, PlayStation Network and WiiConnect24 stores.
The game does not deviate from the other installments in the series as far as the controls and gameplay rules and concerned. The players sing using microphones, play guitars using instruments stylized to be Beatles-like, and play the plastic drums. In the process, they gain points thanks to which they may advance to next levels.
