"Terrorist Takedown (in Poland: "Conflict in the Middle East") is an extensive action game, the development of which is the responsibility of the native City Interactive team. Players play the role of a soldier of an elite special unit, while the task set by the creators of the programme is to effectively carry out purges among terrorist organisations or self-proclaimed guerrilla militias operating in the Middle East.
Terrorist Takedown is is an action game that will let you experience the heat of war. Players take control of the most lethal weapons in the US Army's inventory as they strike against terrorist militia in the Middle East. Challenging yet uncomplicated gameplay and high caliber effects are accessible to all gamers yet engaging enough for even the most experienced players.
You will have an opportunity to impersonate many different roles and operate many different weapons of war. Take part in the war on terrorism by using gunships, heavy armoured cars, machine guns, rocket launchers, artillery and more to strike at terrorists across the Middle East. The goal, though, is always the same: defeat the terrorists and protect our homelands.

Terrorist Takedown: Payback is a stand-alone extension to the 2004 First Person Shooting (FPS) - Terrorist Takedown: Middle East Conflict. The add-on created by City Interactive developers offers, among others, a new single-player campaign consisting of 10 missions, an even bigger arsenal of available weapons and the possibility of driving new types of vehicles in the game (e.g. AH 64-Apache helicopter).
