Temple Run, released on AND, iOS and WP, is one of the most famous mobile games. The title was produced by the Imangi Studios team, which also created several other projects, including Little Red Sled, Hippo High Dive and Max Adventure.
Mechanics
In Temple Run, we play the role of an adventurer who stole the cursed idol figure, thus falling into serious trouble. Now he has to flee from haunted monkeys chasing him. The title is a representative of the so-called endless runners genre, which means that during the game, the character runs straight and our task is to help him avoid obstacles in order to get as far as possible and achieve the highest point score. The game is based on making gestures to the right, left, up and down, so that the hero turns, jumps and slides. We can also collect gold lying on the path which we can later spend on power-ups.
Technical aspects
Temple Run uses a third-person perspective, and the graphics design present a decent, for the mobile devices, level.
