Tap Heroes

Tap Heroes, released on AND and iOS, is a 2D arcade RPG game representing the popular on mobile devices genre of so-called "clickers". The author of Tap Heroes is Daniel Hjelm from VaragtP studio, who has several smaller games for smartphones and tablets, including Loot Hero, Run Bird Run and Coco Block.

Mechanics

In Tap Heroes, we play the role of a warrior who travels the fantasy world, fighting against various monsters and enemies of the kingdom. The gameplay mechanics are a combination of a typical RPG and a clicker. We fight enemies by clicking on them as fast as we can. We can also heal our party members by clicking on them. We do the same to collect gold coins that act as an in-game currency.

Tap Heroes also offers a character development system. The player raises character stats (including warrior, sorcerer, rogue), learns new skills and improves existing ones, as well as gain access to special powers, especially useful in battles with bosses. The fun is characterized by a deadly pace and a relatively high level of difficulty - death can occur at any time, forcing the player to start the challenge from scratch.

Technical aspects

Tap Heroes offers funny 2D graphics in a slightly pixeled style and ubiquitous chaos, which paradoxically adds a certain charm to the game.
