Taito Legends Power-Up Description
Taito Legends Power-Up is a pocket version of the series, designed to remind players of the former electronic-entertainment hits of the Japanese company Taito Corporation. The works of this manufacturer are known primarily from salons filled with arcade machines, although a number of titles have been converted into numerous home platforms.
The games implemented in this package were originally released in 1978-1989. Each of these items can be presented in the original screen setting (4:3) or in panoramic mode, using the entire surface of the PlayStation Portable liquid crystal screen. Of course, the retro graphics have been preserved, so the atmosphere is truly "old-fashioned".
Of the 25 available games, 21 can be shared with other PSP holders. Here are the selected items with short characteristics:
- Phoenix - a shootout from 1980, in which we control a spacecraft and fight hordes of aliens.
- Space Invaders - published at the end of the seventies of the twentieth century arcade-legenda.
- The New Zealand Story - a famous platformer with a kiwi bird named Tiki in the main role.
