Nintendo Switch is the successor of Nintendo Wii and Wii U consoles and is widely considered to be the first hybrid console on the market. It allows users to play games either at home on a big TV screen or while travelling. This is possible thanks to its revolutionary design, which combines features of both stationary and handheld consoles. It is composed of two main parts: the console unit, which is a 6.2" screen tablet based on Nvidia technology, and the docking station necessary to connect the console to a TV set. Nintendo Switch was released worldwide on March 3, 2017.

The game represents the action genre and was inspired by the classic games that came out in the 90s. The plot in DUSK is only an excuse for flashy and brutal gameplay, and during the game we have to face hordes of enemies with supernatural abilities. The levels are diverse: we can choose from a modern city infrastructure, through churches, to dark undergrounds.

A side-scrolling horror/adventure game. Detention is a debut project of Taiwanese studio Red Candle Games. The action of the game takes place in Taiwan during the 1960s, in the middle of martial law that lasted 37 years. We are taken to Greenwood, a high-school placed in a mountainous area. The players assume the role of two students who discover that the school became inhabited by wicked monsters known from local legends.

Gameplay is based on two-person competition - players take part in various contests, playing as pirates, gunslingers, and other characters. What makes 1-2-Switch stand out from the crowd of other similar games is that we are not watching the screen while playing, but facing our opponent face to face. Thanks to that unique approach, the screen is used mostly for showing the score.

Big Buck Hunter Arcade allows us to assume the role of a hunter who visits 30 varied hunting locations with 20 different species of animals, from small rodents, through bats or ducks, and up to large game such as moose or bears. Our actions are monitored on the fly by a special system that awards points and special badges.

Siegecraft Commander takes us to a fantasy universe, fought iver by Knights of Freemoi and tribes of Lizardmen. The game offers a single player campaign, allowing the player to control both factions. In this case, the game is similar to a traditional real-time strategy. For a change, the multiplayer mode allows us to choose between real-time gameplay and a turn-based one.

Production allows you to play as a Viking, whose family was murdered by a powerful beast. The plot revolves around attempts to take revenge on this monster. Both graphics and game mechanics are two-dimensional. During the gameplay we have to push to the right side of the screen, avoid traps and solve occasional puzzles.
