Surfing H3O is a surfing sport game that places more emphasis on exciting gameplay than realistic depiction of the struggle on rough waves. This title is based on the Japanese production of Surfroid, although it abandoned, among other things, the storyline in the climates of science fiction in favour of more classical solutions.
A dozen or so players and six locations were made available to the players. Most of them are initially blocked. In order to gain access to them, it is necessary to reach the set objectives (point threshold, finding markers, etc.) and to cross the finish line before the time runs out.
Thanks to the skillful system of tricks we have almost unlimited options of gaining bonuses. Each acrobatics can be combined with others to increase the point multiplier, which is similar to solutions known from the Tony Hawk Pro Skater series, among others. Once all locations have been unlocked, there is an option to take part in the competition again, but this time under much more demanding conditions.
Surfing H3O has a three-dimensional graphic design and the camera tries to show you in the most effective way possible. We are encouraged to have fun by the punk rock track with songs by bands such as Samiam or Mustard Plug.
