Fame Academy (or Star Academy) is a virtual adaptation of a British television programme from the 'reality show' series. The task of the players here is to create an interesting personality, as well as to lead it through the successive levels of the singing career. At the very beginning of the game we determine the external appearance of the future star (body structure, hair colour, etc.), then we match fashionable clothes (trousers, t-shirts, dresses, "mini", etc.) or other accessories (sunglasses, jewelry, headgear). As the game progresses, the character learns to be more familiar with the stage, improves his or her musical talent or dance, and the players try to win more and more interesting contracts for her, leading to the top of the popularity lists.
- Nine different gameplay environments.
- 14 missions in which our star must perform in front of the audience at large concerts (in Las Vegas or during the Woodstock festival).
- Possibility of employing 20 professional advisors (dance instructor, etc.).
- More than 120 different hairstyles and 270 wardrobes, selected according to the player's preferences.
- Nearly 80 dance steps to master.
- Sophisticated audio-visual effects (full three-dimensional, etc.).
- Original soundtrack (tracks by such artists as Texas, One T, Elton John, Lionel Richie, or Christina Milian).
