A multiplayer strategy game, developed for mobile devices by Kiloo game studio. In Spellbinders, players assume the role of powerful beings called Titans, belonging to various mythologies. The gameplay focuses on subsequent encounters between them. Players can choose from a large set of titans, offering unique units and abilities. The encounters take place on maps, each having several alternative paths.

Spellbinders, available on AND and iOS, is a network battle strategy. The game is available in a free-to-play model with optional microtransactions. Spellbinders was developed by Kiloo studio, the authors of, e.g. Subway Surfers.

Mechanics

In Spellbinders, available on AND and iOS, we play as beings from various mythologies. The game focuses on duels between them. Battles take place on maps containing three paths connecting buildings that serve as barracks placed on both sides. With the help of spells, we summon warriors and then order to move on one of the tracks. After that, we can't control them anymore - the characters move towards the enemy automatically. Of course, our enemy does exactly the same, so it is necessary to choose the right units and place them on the correct tracks to defeat our rival's units.

In addition to spells summoning units, there are also spells that activate specific effects on the map. There is a large set of Titans to choose from and each has unique units, magical abilities and a handful of heroes with special abilities.

The aim of the game is to destroy all three enemy barracks and prevent them from doing the same with ours. We can attack these buildings in two ways - when our character reaches them and by using the cannon located in the middle of the map.

Game modes

Thanks to the design choices, the battles do not last longer than a few minutes. The game is focused mainly on multiplayer mode, but there is also an option to refine skills in battles against artificial intelligence.
