A game referring to the classic formula of Space Invaders. We play the role of the pilot of a spacecraft, who must stop the invasion of foreign invaders.

Space Strike is an action arcade game, referring to the hit from the first era of computer video games - Space Invaders. The Russian studio Divo Games from Nizhny Novgorod, which has many simple arcade titles, logical games and strategy, is responsible for its production.

The action of the game takes place in 2307, 50 years after the discovery of technologies allowing to change the climate conditions of planets and 15 years after the colonization of the Moon. In Space Strike we play the role of the pilot of a space reconnaissance ship, which is sent on a mission to investigate unknown objects that appeared on Earth's radar screens.

The storyline background is only a pretext for the most important goal of the game - the elimination of thousands of enemy ships and vehicles, whose clouds appear at the top of the screen from time to time. During the game we have to face, for example, fast alien fighters, mutated insects, heavy anti-aircraft weapon positions or tanks moving on the battlefield.

By destroying more enemy units, we gain points where we can supply ourselves with better weapons, as well as special abilities that allow us to eliminate the enemy more effectively. Space Strike provides us with a rather large arsenal: from simple pulsed cannons to quantum lasers and self-leading missiles. As you complete the 20 levels that make up the game, we'll also unlock more advanced ships.

Although the production does not have a multiplayer mode, it allows you to place the best results on a ranking list available on the Internet.

Despite its simple assumptions, the title is well-developed in terms of audiovisual setting. The three-dimensional graphic design is distinguished by the multitude of colours and the variety of presented sceneries. On the other hand, dynamic, futuristic music perfectly captures the speed and dynamics of the game.
