SkidStorm Description
Eat My Dust! is a top-down arcade racing game released on AND and iOS. The game by Immobile Games, a studio behind Hopping Penguin and Master Archer 3D, puts the emphasis on unrestricted fun.
Mechanics
In Eat My Dust!, we can drive several cars (unlocked together with alternative skins in the solo mode) on small but interestingly designed tracks set in the desert. There is no shortage of jumps, traps and destructible objects. The whole was kept in a loose atmosphere, working great with the arcade mechanics and three-dimensional, vector graphic design.
The creators devoted the most attention to designing an intuitive and fun driving model, as well as responsive controls. Our car moves forwards automatically and we can use self-replenishing afterburner.
Game modes
Eat My Dust! offers two basic game modes - a solo and a multiplayer campaign. In the first case, the player gets the opportunity to take part in a series of races against artificial intelligence or in time trial races where the goal is to finish within the set time. The multiplayer mode is definitely the most interesting one - it allows you to compete with four people at the same time.
