Mechanics

The add-on introduces a number of novelties and updates to the already existing frame. We are left with a new singleplayer campaign consisting of twenty-two scenarios, four multiplayer missions, as well as a few tutorials, including a convoy raid and a recap of the more complicated maneuvers. Each mission has a historic background in form of certain military operations, including Operation Dynamo (the evacuation of Dunkirk) or the D-Day landings. Interestingly enough, the game offers authentic sea maps of these locations.
