Mechanics

In Shooty Fruity we observe the action from FPP. The game is primarily about shooting at enemies - in addition to regular opponents, from time to time we also have to face larger and more durable specimens that act as bosses. In moments of rest, it is important to deal with the goods that come to our register - this way we get access to a wider and wider range of weapons. In battles we use such diverse tools of murder as pistols, machine guns, shotguns, explosive charges and grenades; moreover, we can find useful power-ups.

It is also worth noting that our actions are constantly evaluated by a scoring system - in order to achieve the best possible result, it is necessary to focus not only on quick elimination of fruits, but also on how stylishly we turn them into colourful pulp.

Due to the fact that the title requires virtual reality sets to work, we can freely look around by moving our heads; while moving the motion controllers, we aim the weapons and catch smaller enemies or throw goods appearing on the cash register through the scanner.

Technical aspects

Shooty Fruity is characterized by pleasing, colourful graphics - while the elements of the environment do not impress with their detail, the fruits themselves splatter in an impressive way. The whole thing is complemented by a relaxing soundtrack.
