Shadow of the Tomb Raider: The Path Home

The Path Home is the seventh and last add-on to the action adventure game Shadow of the Tomb Raider. All expansions and the base game were developed by Eidos Montreal and Crystal Dynamics were responsible for its development.

Plot

Shadow of the Tomb Raider: The Path Home is set after the events presented in the base game. Lara Croft cannot afford to rest - her allies are missing, and in order to find them, she must go deep into the ancient tunnels and explore the mystery that has been hidden for centuries.

Mechanics

In Shadow of the Tomb Raider: The Path Home, the authors provide players with new challenge tombs, and the new equipment that makes it easier to face the dangers lurking there. This includes the North Watchman costume (which increases focus time and perception) and the Light Strike bow (the arrows shot from it penetrate through the bodies of opponents and their armor). In addition, Miss Croft can use her Magic Touch skill, which allows her to use less resources when creating items. The standard tomb introduced in this extension can also be completed in the Score Attack and Time Attack modes.

Technical aspects

The Path Home is not an independent expansion, so it requires a base game to work. Add-on does not affect the audiovisual layer.
