Seven Haunted Seas is an action game with elements of cRPG by developers from Titmouse Games studio. The player takes on the role of the condemned pirate Scurvy Pete, who returns from the hereafter to redeem his guilt. The action of the game is set in the steam-punk world, which sparkles with black humour. The creators also made sure that sea adventures were not boring, and the pirate crew often had the opportunity to test themselves in battle.
Seven Haunted Seas is an action game with RPG elements. This project is the first major undertaking of Hollywood's Titmouse Games studio, which previously produced only a small iPhone game by Dr. Zomba.
The main character of Seven Haunted Seas is the condemned pirate, Scurvy Pete, who returned from hell to the living world to redeem the old guilt. The reality, which he found after receiving the second chance, turned out to be postapocalyptic, dark, full of steam-punk atmosphere. However, the daredevil treats her with a great deal of black humour and, regardless of adversity, starts to act.
Pete begins his adventure in Batterfroth Harbour, where his ship, Seademon, is docked. The island is full of pirates and possessed. At the same time, it allows the hero to trade, perform new tasks and buy even stronger ships, which will then sail to the sea to fight enemies.
The authors made sure that these journeys were not boring and filled the sea with hundreds of enemies. During skirmishes with them it is possible to carry out boarding, to control the ship by oneself, and even to start the deck cannons by oneself. This allows for more precise targeting of enemy objects and their complete sinking or fragmentary destruction, so that even more valuable weaponry and useful parts can be stolen from ships. As a last resort, the player can even captivate the captain of the opposite crew and force his subordinates to surrender.
