The game was developed by Italian studio Milestone – the creators of many acknowledged racing game series, including the first four WRC games. While playing, you become a young driver who tries to get accepted into Sébastien Loeb’s rally team.
Sébastien Loeb Rally Evo is a realistic car simulator advertised by Sébastien Loeb, one of the most successful rally drivers and multiple world champion, who took part in Le Mans race and the Race of Champions cycle. The game was developed by Italian studio Milestone, who had previously created renowned racing game series, such as Screamer, MotoGP, SBK: Superbike World Championship and WRC: FIA World Championship. The title was released on PC and eight generation consoles.
Just as the aforementioned WRC: FIA World Championship, Sébastien Loeb Rally Evo for PC, PS4 and XONE is entirely focused on classic rallying and lets you play as a beginner driver, who is trying to get the attention of the champion. Starting from local competitions all the way to big-prize tournaments, you climb up the ladder under the guidance of Sébastien Loeb himself.
Developers of Sébastien Loeb Rally Evo built nearly 300 kilometers of virtual roads based on the most famous rally courses from all over the world. In the game you take part not only in classic rally OS races – there are 15 different play modes, such as head-to-head races, RallyCross, and Pikes Peak Ascent. You can drive several dozen cars from over 20 manufacturers, including not only modern ones, but also historical cars that helped popularize this motorsport since 1950s. Of course, you can customize them all as you will. To this end you can pick from almost 20 patterns of body work, change numbers, stickers, plates, and add extra elements of the body.
One of the biggest goals Milestone set for themselves was the highest possible realism of gameplay, so to recreate an authentic experience of driving on different surfaces and under changing weather conditions. Combined with its next-gen graphics, Sébastien Loeb Rally Evo for PC, PS4 and XONE wins its place among rally simulators. Another attraction is the robust multiplayer letting you compete against other drivers from all over the world.
