Helicopter flight simulator, created by a team of programmers, which is responsible for the creation of the well-known Search and Rescue series. The action takes place in 1961 - 1975, during the war in Vietnam. The player becomes a pilot of the UH1 "Huey" military helicopter, performing medical and rescue tasks in the combat area.

In the depths of enemy territory, with the Vietcong lurking everywhere, young American soldiers are fighting to stay alive. What once started out as a glorious rescue mission from the evilness of communism has now changed into a raw fight for survival in the treacherous jungles of Vietnam.

As a pilot on a Huey transport and rescue helicopter, your most important mission is to seek out the lost and the wounded, and to bring them back to safety and care. The casualties of war may seem endless, but you can make a difference! Are you ready to see some action!?!

'Vietnam Med Evac' takes place during the Vietnam conflict from 1961 to 1975 and follows a historically based time-line, linking the missions together.
