Sea Hero Quest Description
In Sea Hero Quest VR we play the role of a sailor. The game was created as a tool to explore how people navigate in the environment in which they move. The aim of its creation is to support science in the fight against dementia - data is collected anonymously and stored on a secure server. The project was created by Glitchers (in cooperation with Deutsche Telekom) as well as scientists from University College in London and the University of East England.
Mechanics
Gameplay in Sea Hero Quest VR is not too complicated - it's about exploring a three-dimensional marine environment seen from first-person perspective. While playing, we use a map and a camera, trying to take pictures of fantastic creatures living in the area.
Game modes
Sea Hero Quest VR features single player mode only.
Technical aspects
Sea Hero Quest VR features simple three-dimensional visuals. The game is not based on realism, focusing on a colorful artistic style, reminiscent of an animated film for children. PC and Android versions support virtual reality technology.
