Scooter War3z is an arcade racing game with two-wheelers in the leading roles, produced by the development team Team6 Game Studios. The player takes on the role of a scooter and takes part in a fierce competition on the streets of a virtual metropolis. The game combines elements of motorcycle racing, spectacular demolition and stunt acrobatic stunts.
Scooter War3z is a proposal of Dutch company Team6 Game Studios addressed to fans of fast and spectacular scooter riding. At the same time, the creators gave up realism in favour of exciting competition and stunts.
The player plays the role of a scooter who is not afraid of dizzying speeds, sharp corners and increased traffic. The game does not have official licenses of companies producing scooters, but the available models are similar to Piaggio Python or Yamaha Aerox.
Developers have prepared several variants of the game, including time trial and the ability to compete with opponents controlled by computer artificial intelligence. The struggle takes place in a virtual city, in which, although it is difficult to show the passer-by, the streets are full of car life, and thus it is not difficult to collide with a rushing passenger car or a truck.
The driving physics of the Scooter War3 is far from realism. The player can take turns on one wheel at speeds far beyond the limits of common sense. The damage system is also far from reality and only serious crashes end with damage to the scooter.
The quality of workmanship of the game is in line with the standards of low-budget productions, in which Team6 Game Studios specializes. Vehicle and character models are made up of a relatively small number of polygons. Also the surroundings of the trails are not impressive with the number of details. The visual setting looks very modest. The soundtrack should meet the tastes of players who prefer less sophisticated dub and house music.
