Rock N' Roll Climber is an unusual production offering the possibility of climbing virtual walls. The game was developed by Vitei studio, where Giles Goddard (responsible for 1080 Snowboarding) works. The work was published by Nintendo.
In the game we can climb up virtual walls consisting of many handles, slots and edges. The title uses a rich set of Wii-compatible peripherals. Digital mountains are overcome by balancing on the Wii Balance Board, and the Wii Remote and Nunchuk controllers are responsible for the movements of our character's hands. Thanks to this, the whole process guarantees an unforgettable experience.
In order not to be too straightforward, the individual walls should be counted in a few minutes. Of course, all the time we have to choose a safe route and be careful not to fall. The very title of the game has its justification - after climbing to the top, the hero grabs the electric guitar and plays a few rock riffs as a compensation for the effort. The whole was developed using decent audio-visual setting. In the game we watch our virtual avatar from the third person perspective. In addition, a timer for measuring the remaining time and additional graphical balance indicators appear on the screen.
