Rock Band: Unplugged is a music-arcade game created by the Backbone Entertainment studio for concert enthusiasts "without electricity". Players have the opportunity to show a sense of rhythm and manual coordination, performing popular hits in the unplugged version. On the soundtrack of the game there are songs by such artists as: Nirvana, Tenacious D, Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins, Jethro Tull and The Who.

Rock Band: Unplugged is the first portable version of Rock Band in the history of the series. It was developed by Harmonix and MTV Games. The former specializes in music games (Amplitude, Frequency, Guitar Hero, Karaoke Revolution Party, Rock Band).

In the game, we may become a rock star and play many both historic and new hits. We play the tracks by pressing the right buttons in the right moment. The game offers the extended career mode, World Tour, and the possibility of creating and leading your own band. During our music tour around the world, we visit 24 cities and many different concert sites. Apart from that, there is also a possibility of quick play, in which we choose a single song or a set of songs, and then set the site of the spontaneous gig.
