The next installment of the popular series of music games, this time slightly different from the main assumptions of its predecessors. The biggest changes affected the control - the creators returned to the classic pad, and the settlers went to plastic instruments, which made a furore on the occasion of the earlier parts.

Rock Band Blitz is a music game being a part of the popular series created by Harmonix. It is a kind of a spin-off available exclusively via digital distribution. In many aspects it is reminiscent of the first productions by the talented developer. Before the Harmonix studio became famous thanks to the Rock Band series, it created such games as Frequency or Amplitude. These are the titles that the discussed production resembles in some respects.

In the game, we switch between several tracks corresponding to the individual instruments in a given song. When the signs on a track come to the bottom of the screen, the player presses the appropriate button on the pad and can also use power-ups in the process. In this way, the music plays. In contrast to the previous installments in the series, Rock Band Blitz does not use plastic instruments. Instead, the game utilizes pads which greatly resembles Amplitude.
