Rock Age is a "facebook" game created on the wave of popularity of the popular production studio Zynga entitled FarmVille. The new title combines the elements of any "...villas" with features typical of RPG games and strategy. The Rock Age action was set in prehistoric times. Caveman society, however, has been modernised, which in effect resembles the world known from the famous fairy tale of the Hanna-Barber factory - the Flinston family.
The game starts with the creation of a hero who will be the head of our settlement. The way of development of the prehistoric hero is certainly well known to all those who have had to deal with the browser-based RPG at least once. Someone is commissioning us with tasks for which we get experience points. Thanks to our experience, we are able to advance to the next level, improve selected statistics, and so on. However, an agile hero is only half of the success. It is also necessary to take care of the development of the settlement. Here the matter is a bit more complicated, because the number of different possibilities, paths of development or types of statistics is even overwhelming. However, if we feel too tired of politics and economics, we can relax, for example, when weaving the garden.
An important element of the game is the interaction with other players. Survival in the prehistoric world without belonging to any guild is rather impossible. We will quickly become a target for attacks by stronger neighbours. However, if we have the appropriate support from our allies, we can attempt to invade a settlement of others. Earlier, however, it is necessary to take care of proper training of our army and proper selection of officers.
Integration of the game with Facebook allows for free communication with our friends, inviting them to play together, comparing results, etc. In a word, everything that every game published on a popular social networking site should have.
