Mechanics

Robot Squad Simulator 2017 enables the player to assume the role of an operator of one of a few technical robots. The developers are offering devices that are participating both in military and spy missions, and rescue and exploration operations. Among the machines there are ones that move through surface and there are flying and underwater drones. The main part of the gameplay is sixteen story missions that take place in varied areas scattered across the world. Among the objectives that the player must face are scouting the territory, neutralizing explosives and saving hostages. As the player progresses in the game, he gains access to various upgrades – there are ten accessories waiting to discovered. These accessories improve the abilities of the remote controlled robots. It is worth mentioning that there is a tutorial available for beginners – it consists of six training missions.

Technical aspects

The action in Robot Squad Simulator 2017 for PC is presented from a third-person perspective. Despite the fact that the developers had a lower budget than creators of bigger games, the three dimensional graphics are of decent quality.
