Rise of Incarnates PC

Rise of Incarnates for PC is a three-dimensional fighting game from Namco Bandai. The game is a multiplayer-only title, distributed in free-to-play model. R.o.I. was developed by a diverse group of developers known from Tekken and SoulCalibur series. The action of the game takes place in decimated cities which are a home to Incarnates – people that are able to harness mythical powers. Because of their powers, they had been exiled from society, while military forces around the world want to use the heroes to advance their own agendas. Unfortunately, the heroes themselves have other intentions – avoiding extinction. To survive and save the world, they put their lives on the line, as a mysterious voice has told them to stand together in fight for domination, and the destruction of “Sovereign of this era”.

Mechanics

The duels are modest 2vs2s. During the clashes, heroes use unique weapons, abilities and Incarnate powers, runn, jump and fly across the available arenas, which are quite spacious and allow melee as well as ranged combat. To be one of the best, the player needs to utilize all the skills known by the heroes and learn when to use them.

The Incarnates’ roster includes, among others, Dr. Gasper Watteau, who has awakened the powers of Grim Reaper as a result of a failed experiment, Terrence Blake, who can summon a knight called Ares during combat, Mireia Valentin, able to transform into Lilith – an agile monster, and Jedrek Tyler, who changes into brutal Mephistopheles. Each of the heroes has different powers – some are better at ranged combat, others are endowed with incredible strength or astonishing agility.

Technical Aspects

When it comes to visuals, Rise of Incarnates aren’t disappointing, and the destroyed cities (modeled after real metropolis such as New York, or London) are an interesting addition.
