R.I.P.D.: The Game is an action game in which the camera is placed behind the hero's back. The player takes on the role of an employee of the security service of the other worlds, and his task is to defend humanity from evil souls.

You and a partner will take up the holsters of two lawmen dispatched to the otherworld to protect and serve the living from an increasingly destructive array of souls who refuse to move peacefully to the other side.
