A low-budget economic strategy in which we run a travelling amusement park. You can choose between a complex career mode and individual challenges.

Ride! Carnival Tycoon is a low-budget economic strategy prepared by ValuSoft, a company specializing in the preparation of this type of production. The producer has developed games such as Prison Tycoon (whole series) or Tabloid Tycoon in the past. This time, according to what the title of the game may suggest, we are in charge of running a touring funfair. So you can say that Ride! Carnival Tycoon to some extent refers to the popular RollerCoaster Tycoon series, but presents the issue of running an amusement park on a much smaller scale. The described strategy appeared, of course, only on personal computers. The producer did not foresee any multiplayer modes.

One of the main factors distinguishing this product from the competing strategies is that the funfair in a given city stops only for a dozen or so days. The player must therefore plan performances in other cities on an ongoing basis, adjusting the route of the journey accordingly. The manufacturer took care of a total of 21 locations. The most important role in the amusement park is played by all kinds of attractions, such as merry-go-rounds, houses of fear, and finally mountain queues. In Carnival Tycoon we can choose between 25 different constructions. Of course, in the initial phase of the game you can only allow yourself to set up the simplest attractions. You have to work conscientiously for more objects. We must not forget about other necessary facilities, such as ice cream booths, drinks, hot dogs and other goods.
