Swamps of Corsus is the first expansion to the 2019 release of the action game with RPG elements - Remnant: From the Ashes. The add-on introduces a new location and Survival Mode, which increases the difficulty of the game.

Remnant: From the Ashes - Swamps of Corsus is the first add-on to the 2019 co-op action game with RPG elements. Gunfire Games studio is responsible for the game , and Perfect World Entertainment is the publisher.
Mechanics
The DLC does not change the game mechanics. Instead, the developers decided to expand the content of the game. The expansion adds a new location to the game - the Swamps of Corsus - and new missions, equipment and enemies (including bosses).
Game modes
Remnant: From the Ashes - Swamps of Corsus introduces a new Survival Mode, maintained in rogue-like convention. It is characterized by a higher level of difficulty - the player starts the adventure with only a gun and some scrap metal. In addition, the player is randomly flipped between equal locations due to damaged World Stones, and the death of the character he is leading is permanent.
Technical aspects
Swamps of Corsus is not a stand-alone expansion and requires a basic version of the game to work.
