An arcade game maintained in a humorous convention, combining elements of motorboat races and angling simulation. Players have the opportunity to take part in angling competitions and try their hand at fishing in more than 20 water areas. The title was produced by the Japanese studio Polygon Magic.

Rapala: We Fish is a proposal of Activision publishing concern addressed to lovers of fishing for virtual fish. Developers from the Japanese studio Polygon Magic decided to combine elements of a simple angling simulation with exciting motorboat races.

Players play the role of participants of specific angling competitions, in which not only the size of the fish caught, but also time counts. The task of the competitors is to swim to the fishery as soon as possible, take out of the water a fine fish and reach the finish line before the competitors manage to do the same.

During virtual fishing you can catch more than 30 species of fish from 24 water bodies (e.g. Nile, Amazon, Florida coast and north-western Pacific), on which the competition is taking place. The gameplay is definitely skillful, but the more realistic the gestures made by players with the use of Wii Remote controllers, the greater the chance of hunting a magnificent fish.
